Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
